General Enquiries
For all matters relating to the Royal Registry of Mercantile Notices, please use the secure contact form on this page.
Please include your reference number (format: RRMN-YYYY-MMDD-X) if your enquiry relates to an existing submission. Enquiries without a reference number may experience longer processing times.
Submission Status
To enquire about the status of a placement request, please select “Submission status” in the secure contact form below and include:
- Your reference number
- The name of the applicant or organisation
- The date of submission
The Registry endeavours to respond to status enquiries within 2 working days.

Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 SRT (Syldavian Royal Time)
The Registry is closed on Syldavian public holidays and during the annual administrative recess (24 December–2 January).
Correspondence received outside office hours will be processed on the next working day.
